I came to Japan and started eating udon! The stiffness is amazing!
The soup stock is delicious! Various ingredients too! Kake udon, bukkake udon, kamatama udon…these are really profound! Japanese udon is also delicious!

There are so many different types of firmness! Sanuki udon, Inaniwa udon, Kishimen… which one do you prefer?

Sanuki udon
is characterized by its firmness and smooth texture!

is characterized by its thin and smooth texture!
It goes down smoothly and has a refined taste!

I love kishimen!

in a sweet and spicy sauce. When placed on top of udon, it gives off a gentle flavor!
Kitsune is seriously delicious!

Lots of ingredients such as seaweed, green onions, eggs, and meat!
I want to ride them all!
